Operations Standards

Flight One Aviation Services ensures staff members are provided the training to perform the function of ramp operations. Each Operations Specialist staff member is required to complete the flight one Operations Training Program which includes: class orientation, on the job training, Cross Training with our Customer Service Representatives, online safety and customer service training and annual re-occurring training.
